Typical visit: 30 to 60 minutes

Dryer Vent Cleaning, Wall Cap to Dryer

A high-negative suction sweeper clears the lint without disconnecting your line, and you get pictures and video of what came out.

Chapter 01

Where lint packs and hoses fail

Dryer vents are a leading cause of household fires in California, and the trouble usually sits in a few predictable places. Lint packs solid at the wall or roof cap. Hoses behind the dryer get crushed or damaged, and sections come apart. Long runs give lint more places to settle.

That's why we recommend a yearly inspection, especially when your vent runs over 10 feet. A dryer that takes two cycles to dry a load, or a laundry room that feels hot and damp, is telling you the exhaust isn't leaving the house. Call (714) 253-9515 and we'll look at it, usually the same day when the schedule allows, and emergencies are taken around the clock.

Suction instead of wire brushes

We use a high-negative suction sweeper rather than traditional wire brushes. It pulls the lint out along the whole run, and our method does not damage or disconnect your pipe line, so the vent is the same vent when we leave, only clear. You get a clear vent and an intact line, and pictures of both the packed lint and the clean run afterward.

Most visits take 30 to 60 minutes, depending on vent length and complexity. Deep Vent Pipe Cleaning covers the harder houses: long runs, bends and restricted access. Vents over 10 feet are the ones we most want to see every year.

Chapter 03

The safety check and the yearly habit

Every visit includes an inspection and safety check. We look for blockages, disconnected sections, damaged hoses, poor airflow and what the exhaust exit looks like outside. Pictures and videos are always provided, so you see the same thing the technician saw rather than taking our word for it. Laurie G. wrote that Juan was awesome and very knowledgeable, and Bradford D. saved Juan's number in his phone for next time and referred him to his neighbors.

Steven W. wrote on our site that the crew took videos and showed him how much crud was in his dryer vent, and that it took less than an hour. Henry H.W. S. called the video a proper acceptance check-up. Put a yearly visit on the calendar, and keep CSLB License No. 1135877 handy if you want to confirm who's at your door.

Before and after pictures and video come with every dryer vent visit.
