Air Duct Cleaning You Can Watch
We count your vents, sweep the whole system with 185 PSI negative-air suction and a HEPA vacuum, and show you the inside of the ducts before and after.
Chapter 01
What builds up inside your returns
Dust, pollen, pet hair and debris settle into ductwork a little at a time, and the returns are where much of it collects because that's where your home's air goes in. Left alone, the buildup can trigger allergies, make the system work harder and take some comfort out of a room. Homes with pets, allergies or a recent renovation collect it faster, and renovation dust has a way of getting deep into the runs.
Michelle Galgoci's Google review lists what her crew cleaned in about two hours: all eight ducts, the intake and the dryer vent, plus an outside condenser unit packed with leaves. That's the scope we mean by a whole-system visit, whether the house is in Anaheim, Irvine, Yorba Linda, Long Beach or San Clemente. She also said the condenser unit looked much better when they left.

Counting vents, then 185 PSI suction
The phone estimate comes from your vent count. Then someone walks the house, counts the vents for real and confirms the plan before any equipment comes in. For an average home the work runs 1.5 to 2.5 hours, and every register, the intake and the returns get the same attention. That count also drives the estimate, so the price you hear on the phone is built on your actual house.
The equipment is a 185 PSI negative-air suction sweeper paired with a HEPA vacuum, NADCA-certified, and it pulls contaminants out of deep inside the ductwork. There are no brushes pushing dirt deeper into the run. A quick vacuum from the vent grill often just stirs dust around, which is why we don't work that way. If your air-handler coils need it, they're inspected and cleaned as part of the same visit.
Chapter 03
Footage before, footage after
A camera shows you the inside of your ducts, and before and after pictures come with the finished job. Michelle Galgoci wrote that being shown how much dust and debris came out gave her confidence the cleaning was worthwhile, and that seeing the result beat being told the ducts were clean. Jean Venix added that the crew called ahead before arriving, and that there was no sticker shock.

What an air duct visit covers
- Residential Air Duct Cleaning
- Built-up debris comes out safely, so the house gets fresher air, fewer allergens and a system that runs easier.
- Commercial Air Duct Cleaning
- Offices, retail spaces and warehouses, scheduled around your hours and often done outside business hours.
- Coil cleaning (air-handler coils)
- Inspected and cleaned during the duct visit when they need it, which helps airflow and energy savings.
